Aetna?

Hello! I have a question for a friend that is wanting to start the surgery process. Her employer offers Aetna. I know there are some here that are through Aetna, could you please tell me which plans cover it? I think the options for her are Choice POS II or HHDP Choice POS II. I also advised her to call them but I figured there would be some who would know here! Thanks in advance!
