Today marks my 180th day in the WLS program that BCBS demands for surgery approval. My BMI is 41 ish and I have high blood pressure and sleep apnea. I have blazed through all requirements and anxiously awaiting approval. I sure hope i hear something by weeks end. In talking to my WLS office today they said this is a pretty cut and dry case and BCBS is one of the easier carriers that they deal with. Please keep your fingers crossed!!!!
