Are you trying to drink while eating?

I cannot...the food is passing slowly through the band, and adding Water increases what is already there.

Having nowhere to go it comes right back up.

I drink liquids right up to when I start to eat....and I sometimes have to wait 20-30 minutes after I eat.

Also, I cannot gulp water. sometimes I forget like when at the gym...

Incidentally, when stuck, sipping water is one way to get un-stuck. Unpleasant, but effective.
