Right track or slow progress

I has my vsg on 3/2/16 I was 220 day of surgery and now I weigh 196. I was wondering is that sufficient weight loss. I have my 3 month post surgery appointment on 6/2 and I'm nervous. I've been stuck at 198 for a week and a half and now I'm stuck at 196 for a week. Please give me how much you lost after 3 months not just plain answers. Thanks in advance.

I don't remember how much I lost at 3 months but I know that by 6 months I had already lost over 100 lbs. Keep in mind that a lot of it depends on how big you were to start with. I also did a 2 week pre-op diet and patients who do that will lose far more weight than those who do not do the pre-op diet, just from what I've seen from people here.
