Pre Op diet---

First day on my 2 week pre op diet... I am doing worse than I was expecting... Really difficult to to concentrate at work that's for sure... Hope it gets better I couple of days...

My doctor didn't require me to do all liquids...soft foods.breakfast very runny cream of wheat,protein drink or puréed soup,no sugar,dinner protein drink steamed vegetables in broth and a small piece of fish steamed in broth.I did this until 3 days before surgery then it was all liquids...day before all clears...and citrate of magnesia and another laxative.My system was clean and no problems...
