Whew! Finally approved!

My last NUT visit was 4/6. Submitted to insurance the next day. 4/11 get a letter asking for more info, basic stuff that I thought would have already been submitted like surgery date, hospital info, etc. Resubmitted by 4/15, got approval via automated system on 4/22 and finally got the call from the surgeons office today. I am scheduled for May 16th!! Yay! Let's get this party started!

    I have Cigna. I had heard they approve quickly so I was a nervous wreck when it took so long to hear back from them.

    I think im the only one who hospital do things backwards???? they gave me my surgery date on my 1st nutrition visit when i complete all the necessary requirements and appointments then my paperwork is submitted to the insurance company
