tests and evaluation tomorrow!

I'm going in for my first round of tests tomorrow, which will be followed by a 3-4 evaluation with the surgeon, dietician, counsellor etc. I'm a bit nervous, but mostly excited. If all goes well I'll start my liquid diet next week and surgery will be in a month. I'm a bit worried I'll forget all the questions I have, even though I have them written down. ????

Any suggestions on what I should be asking? What do I need to know that I don't KNOW I need to know? ????
