I have not had surgery yet, but I know that for any other dieter when you have a problem area it is usually the last to go. I myself carry the bulk of my weight in my tummy and any other diet I have ever been on that is the last place that wants to leave me. Legs and butt go first then face and arms last is the boobs and tummy. ;)
