Dark Stools

I'm five weeks out from surgery and I started having dark stools (black), loose and solid, with no pain. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I did have internal bleeding after my first surgery and I had emergency surgery the next day to drain 600ml of blood from my abdomen, but nothing since then.

    Black stool means internal bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal system.

    You need to check it with your doctor for sure.
