So I've been trying to get more Protein into my system and get closer to the surgery diet as I can while I wait to start the process. I'm on the keto diet but I'm having problems getting my protein in. Which one of these 3 would you guys choose? I know everyone loves the Premier Protein ones but it bothers me that they have more carbs in them than I've seen others contain.
