4/5/16 Gastric Sleeve

So I got home this evening and so far no real pain just lots of gas. Currently it's 1am on the west coast USA and I'm walking up and down my ally to relieve it. Most of what I've read has been that walking is really the best way. Still just burning though nothing coming out the other end despite how much I want it to.

Anybody else?

Congrats on your surgery. I had surgery just a few days before you on 4/1. In the first few days after surgery, walking and Gas-x strips helped me tremendously. As soon as I felt even a little gas discomfort, I took a Gas-x strip and started walking.

I had surgery 4/4. They told me that this is not the kind of gas that you can expel, so you have to wait for your body to absorb it. They also said gas x strips won't work. I tried them anyway and they were right, didn't help!
