Capital Blue Insurance

My patient rep sent my file over to Capital Blue Insurance (Pennsylvania) last Wednesday. I called the number on the back of my card and they say they don't have anything for my preauthorization.

I'm getting worried. My surgery isnt until April 26th, but I don't want to postpone it any longer.

Does anyone have any advice on how to handle this? Should I lay low and wait for someone to contact me?
