Pain 11 days post-op

Hi

I'm eleven days post-op and I feel stabs of pain every time I get up or lie down.

I also feel pain if I stay in the same position (like sitting) for too long.

What can I do to feel better?

It just took time for me. Those pains from moving finally went away somewhere between weeks 2 and 3 for me.

heating pad/ice pack????

i am a month out and that is exactly when i have pain, lessoning every week. the sitting in one place for too long kinda caught me off gaurd. plus wearing jeans/belt made it worse. they did stick a lot of instruments into our incisions and move around so im sure our ligaments, ect. will be sore for a while.
