Hi Everyone,

I am going on a road trip to FLorida and leaving today with my family in evening. First to Santa Rosa Beach in the panhandle and then to St. Augustine. I will be gone a week and will miss everyone here!!! Anyone in FL that I can see?

I have not been able to break the 190's. Now, this week for Thanksgiving I am absolutely sure that I wont make it. Yes, I am going to eat with no remorse.!! LOL I have an addiction to pumpkin pie and real whip cream. I will be back on the 28th and will miss everyone!!!!

We have all this bounty and wonderful food to enjoy, and not to overuse. Too much of anything, and all that.

The whole idea of this band journey we're on seems to be to enjoy life more. If that means a piece of pie, then do so without guilt. Be thankful that now when you eat it you have a degree of control you didn't have in your life before.

Enjoy a piece for me. Do they make pumpkin pie broth?

I'm not planning on any holiday extravaganzas with food or family. Hey, there's a first time for everything! This will be my first Holiday season with my new friend the band and am looking forward to it. Even though I did buy the ingredients for a pumpkin pie that I will cook today for my son. It's his birthday and he'd rather have pie than cake! That strikes me as odd but if thats what he want thats what the cook will fix.
