Restless

Hello. Was wondering if anyone could help me out with figuring out why I'm so restless at night. I'm tired and ready for bed but can't stop feeling with restlessness. I take ibs medicine before bed and that helped me sleep at night before I had surgery. I drink alot of water so I'm not dehydrated or anything. I'm 5 weeks post op. Thanks!

Don't worry, once you start really going for it on the exercise front you will sleep-believe me. I have been walking my dogs since I got home from having my surgery and that helped my sleep patterns but for the last two weeks I have been swimming five mornings a week for up to 800m and I can sleep for over nine hours! I've never done that. I toddle off to my pit at a ridiculously early hour, cuddle into husband, three dogs and two cats, turn the TV on and I go out like a light. Bliss!!!!!
