Ok, so I'm 6 weeks out of gastric bypass surgery and can have protein bars for a meal (snack????). So I just ate a Premier Protein bar that has a weight of 5.63 oz and I'm not suppose to eat over 4 oz. ... of course now i'm really paranoid that i'll stretch my pouch or gain weight. Uggh.
should probably cut them in half going forward or no big deal really?? Your thought?
