My surgeon was fine with the gummy vitamins, as long as my bloodwork and vitamin levels were ok.

I have been taking the Vita fusion gummy since my surgery 20 months ago and my lab work has always been fine.

I was on Men's 1 a day gummies for the first 9 months or so following surgery and this was about 4 weeks after the surgery. I was on a prescription multi Vitamin pill from my doctor cause my B levels got so terribly low. I switched over to vita-fusion gummies about three months ago. They were alright, Understand that you have to take double the dosage vs the one a days. With the vitafusion you have to have two gummies per serving in order to get the full benefit of them.

Gummies do not have iron in them. Women could risk anemia.
