Panic Attack

I got on the scale and realized I gained 4 pounds. I swear I almost hyperventilated, had a panic attack and fell off it *ugh* I am ok now. I know what I need to do to get back on track. Will it be like this the rest of my life every time I gain a pound?

Well. 4 pounds in the grand scheme of things isn't much. Especially if a fair portion of it is water retention. Good thing you realized it quickly and can take steps to turn it back around right away.

Not enough Protein. Haven't work out or run in a week. Went on a ski trip over the weekend. Drank my calories. Didn't eat much. Bad choices. I know. I have been horrible the last thee weeks. I am back on it though. Went to the gym this morning.

Any idea what caused the gain? Has to be Water retention if it was rapid.
