We are always told that the scale isn't our only guide to measure our progress, and I've just had a big realisation of this.
My scale hasn't moved much at all in the last couple of months - I've enjoyed a little too much festive and summer cheer!!!!
However, I re-did my measurements this morning (last time was late November) and have had a very pleasant surprise...
Bust - 105cm (a further 2cm gone)
Waist - 98cm (a further 4cm gone)
Hips - 121cm (exactly the same)
So if you are feeling dejected by an unfriendly scale, then whip out the friendly tape measure!!!!
