National Benefit Adminstrators

I'm considering lap-band does anyone have any experience with National Benefits Admin in Charlotte, NC. National Benefits, Inc. and it also is Compass Point Medical so I not sure who would handle it? Help.

If i do self pay anybody has any ideas? Thanks

    I have premier health and I think it is handle through National Benefits In Charlotte. I haven't gotten a response yet about approval.

    I was wondering if anyone else has Premier Health.
