Sour and blah stomach

I am now three months post. Things are going great on the weight loss side. BUT..(then inevitable but) for the last week I have had a sour stomach. Nothing I put in sits well. Not Water, not the trusty Protein shake that had gotten me through the rough Patches, I mean nothing.

I have read here that there is a "getting used to it period" but given things had gone so well, this little set back is a little annoying.

I have resigned myself to calling the dr in the morning, but wanted to reach out and see if anyone else had experienced the same and gotten through it in some way.
