Lightheadness after eating/before visiting toilet

1st fill a few days ago..and still playing the get to know you game with my band...seems that after I eat anything besides Soup, i get real lightheaded, get that salivary taste in my mouth, then off to visit the toilet..

Anyone else get those feelings??
