How have your labs been? Which patches are you using?

I am wondering the same! My labs are great so it's difficult for me to test on my own.

Mine came back good except for vitamin B. My doc told me to go back to sublingual B12 which I have done. It was the multi vitamins I couldn't stomach and prefer the patch.

I just bought a box as a gift to a friend with Crohn's who had a bunch of intestine removed.
