Missouri (or Kansas) Doctors?

Does anyone know how I can find out what surgeons I can use in Missouri or Kansas that are Medicare certified centers for excellence? I found the site for hospital listings, but not one for physicians.

Thanks!

I think there is a place in Sadelia, Missouri. I saw the post about a year ago. I hope that this will help you.

hey, patti cakes!

This is my first time on this forum. I haven't had my lap band surgery yet, waiting for the doctor to go over my paper work. I'm will be going to Dr. Follwell at St. Alexius Hospital in Stl Louis. I checked and he is on the board of excellance. He always has another surgeon, Dr.

Richardson, assisting him. I know someone personally who used him and she is doing great. He accepts Medicare and there is no waiting for insurance okay. Here is a number where you can call and get information: 1-800-245-1431

Good Luck
