Frittata

Yesterday I was watching everyday italian and she made these little mini frittatas. i was wondering if anyone here knows how long a frittata is good for. Since i can only eat a little bit now i don't know if it would be worth making it, if they need to be eaten within an hour. Thanks for your help.

Hi!

A frittata is mostly made of eggs. If there is something in it like mushrooms they sometimes leave a brown liquid from juice that runs out but I can make a big one and fridge it for a couple of days. Not good frozen though.
