I think I stretched my pouch while pregnant. Can it be fixed? What is the steps? I have an appointment next Friday with my surgeon

What did your Dr. say? I just had my first child 10 weeks ago. I was only 10 months out of surgery when I got pregnant. Healthy pregnancy but I gained 40 lbs. I had lost all of my excess weight 6 months after surgery and stopped losing three months prior to getting pregnant. I am having a hard time losing the 30 lbs that didn't fall right off after birth. I'm way off tract on my nutrition too so I know I need to whip myself back in the right lane.
