Lapband with plication

Hi I'm booked in for lapband and plication January 14 I'm very nervous but excited, I wanted to hear other people's experience with both combined also anyone who's had it with low bmi

Good luck! I've heard about plication, but don't know too many details (I have lap band on its own).

Please explain lapband & plication

I have a hard time visualizing why one with a plication would need banding as well. Eager to hear this variation's theory.

I looked it up & it appears to be a combination of gastric & banding.

I watched the whole procedure on video.

I think its just a matter of evolving to the next level of better banding.

It made sense to me.

Hi I'm scheduled plication to add with the band i already have. ..for 3 yrs. I'm somewhat nervous but excited because of all of the positive results with plication added.
