Vomit..Maybe a stupid question?

How does this work? I just had a mouthfull of chocolate milk and it wasn't sitting right so I had to vomit the thing is it came out clear :) This is my first drink for the day. So how is it that my sick was clear lol ?

    You did not vomit - you slimed. The milk did not come up it was the saliva that was trying to push it down and had no where to go so it had to come back up,
