It's not really supposed to be a diet drink as much as to help curb cravings. At a year out, I'm having a major issue with craving sweet things. I haven't been able to find anything that brings up red flags, but I'm still not sure if it's an ok thing to use.

Has anyone had any experience using Plexus Slim?

I've had way too many people try to get me to buy it. It's an MLM scam IMHO.

Besides the somewhat unprovable claims it just seems like a science project of junk you don't need. You could probably get a similar effect drinking some herbal tea with stevia instead.
