Help finding fill Dr. please! Wisconsin!

I have had Clinics in Madison tell me they will not do fills for anyone that had their surgery out of the country. I need to know if anyone has info on a place I can get a fill? I had one done a year ago in Madison at Dean Clinic by a Dr Sunby, it was a disaster. Milwaukee, LaCrosse, anyone know anyplace? I live in the Wisc Dells area. I would appreciate any info.

    I was able to find a fill doctor through fill centers usa. They have a growing network of doctors.
