Insurance Approval

Has anyone been approved by United Health Care Insurance and if so, how long did it take and what requirements do thay ask for. I have noticed that not everyones journey has been the same . I have United Health Care. My Appt. isn't till the 30th of July and I know I will probably find out then, but I an anxious, I want to know now.
