Hair loss

Hello to everyone I am 5 months post surgery and my hair is thinning I am taking biotin 10000mcg can you share with me the doses you are taking if you are taking biotin for hair thinning thanks

    I took the same dose and still lost a lot of hair. My new growth is just now long enough that I feel better about it.

    That's the max dose. Anything over that is not effective. Biotin is not a guarantee. I take the same and am still losing a lot of hair. My nails are hard as rocks though.
