Pregnat 4 mo post op

Just wanted to ask if anyone has gotten pregnat this soon? I just found out yesterday Im 6 weeks pregnat???? I am so happy !!!! Before I had surgery we tried to conceive for 6 years with no luck ???? I have Pcos and surgery was my only hope of getting pregnat, I knew it would be fast after losing some weight, but never thought it could happend this fast???? Im super excited and nervous I just want my baby to be healthy ????
