Pre Op - Scheduled for October 26th

Hey Everyone!

My surgery is coming up in 10 days and I am super excited! My surgeon doesn't require a preop diet but I am starting to get really nervous that I am not doing it right. The surgeon told me to just not gain any weight which I haven't, but I also have not made many big changes yet. I am scared that because Inhavent already made these simple changes that means I won't be very successful with the surgery. I started planning this in June and at that time I was able to quit smoking, quit soda, and quit caffeine. I went back on all of it. Now I have quit smoking again but it has only been a week. I am limiting my soda but I know I'll have to quit and I'm drinking my coffee with fat free and sugar free creamer. But then yesterday I ate fast food for three meals. I just don't know if I am going to be successful if this is what I am doing 10 days prior. Thoughts? Suggestions?
