Insurance question

I have one last appointment with the nutritionist before the dr gives the final ok to send to the insurance for final approval. Was just wondering how long other insurance companies take to approve the surgery. I have humana insurance and am pretty positive it is getting approved. Just wondering how long it has taken other people's insurance. Thanks
