Port Flipped

i recently changed doctors because my insurance company will no longer pay for the original doctor who performed my procedure. On my first visit I was immediately impressed with how friendly, professional, and caring Dr. Kerri Seymour was. She schedule me a fill under Fluro which I had never had done in the 6 years of being banded. When I arrived at the Duke-Raleigh Radiology my wait was short and I was escorted to the back. Once she began to access my port , frustration set in. After 30 minutes, of poking and looking at x-rays, she concluded that my port had flipped and need revising. Just my luck!!!!

Hopefully revising will be covered by insurance.

Congratulations on your weight loss.

In the last 8 years I have had 5 doctors.

# One because I moved

# two because the doctor moved

# three was in another city and found closer

# four went back to teaching

# five I am still seeing.
