Well, here is go! 5th day on Protein shakes, pre-op testing on Monday and I'll be ready for big changes in my life. I am 4'11' and weight 202 lbs. I am having gastric bypass surgery. I have a large hiatal hernia and horrible reflux. I have attend at least 5 support classes and 5 months of drill to prepare myself. Hope ya'll will keep me in your prayers.
