Hi all! I am scheduled for the sleeve on Dec 17. I have to do a 6 month monitored diet. I've already had most of my pre-Op stuff done. Just need labs about a month before! Super excited. No gaining weight this holiday season for me... At the same time will be hard to have family get togethers and explain over and over why I am not eating... Hoping to start the new year off the right way!

Good luck to you! I had my surgery 3 years ago December 12. It's pretty close to the holidays, so those were pretty much a bust that year. However - so worth! I felt like I was getting ready for the new year, too. Best thing I ever did!

Just approved after 5 months of insurance haggling. Surgery scheduled in Dallas Dec 15. I live in central ARK., but traveling to Dallas! Day 1 pre-op diet & I'm nervous, but excited!
