Surgery

I am a hair away from pulling out of the surgery. I have 1 more week. Is this the right thing to do? I am only 60lbs over weight but can never get down 60 and also keep it down there. It is and will cause health issues in the future. My wife thinks its overkill but I think it will make things better. The after is the most stressful with consumption. Keeping the amounts just right to consume, what all will I be able to have, drink and eating all day. It's forever and complicated. What do I do????

Just know that the surgery is a tool and not necessarily the answer. You will still have to monitor what you eat and how much. You will forever have to take Vitamins. You will forever have to time it so you get your fluids in. You will have to commit to exercising. If you are committed to those things then I say do it!
