Esophageal dilation b4 bypass?

I usually have my esophagus stretched about every 5 to 7 years and am probably about due for it. I'm scheduled for the bypass on October 29th. Should I get it done b4 my surgery? I'm not really experiencing much problem swallowing unless I eat too large bites of steak or chicken. What is your thoughts?

    I would ask your GI dr but it sounds to me like it would be wise to get it done before the bypass.
