Nauseous

Woke up sweaty and nauseous this morning. First time being nauseous since being home from the hospital. I am four weeks out tomorrow any suggestions on what this could be. Only thing different in my diet is I tried a different brand of lactose-free milk yesterday.

Are you getting enough fluids in? Dehydration rears it's ugly head by bringing on nausea. Make sure you are drinking AT LEAST 64oz of Fluid every day. I find that sometimes I still will feel a little nauseated in the mornings. Once I start drinking and get some Protein down it goes away. If it doesn't stop try taking something for it.
