Which surgery? What did you eat and how far out are you?

At two weeks i was still drinking shakes. Tuna is probably going to take some time to move out of your pouch. If not better maybe you should call your Dr. If it is better i would take it easy on your pouch for a couple days. I ate half a bagel at 4 weeks. Took all day to feel better. I will not eat bagel again ki was miserable

Also walk as much as you can. It helps food and air move out of the pouch
