It may take a little getting used to but I have come to love Ezekial sprouted grain bread with my egg in the morning. Or low carb high Protein wraps.... Those taste great ( pop one in the microwave for 10 seconds for a nice warm soft wrap with chicken , tukey etc...

Or try these - 1/2 of one with egg or deli meats folded up inside is only 50 calories :) seem easy to swallow too.

Good luck!

I second the sprouted bread. There are many brands and types to experiment with, full of healthy grains, moderate calories, low sugar, and I've found some that have 7 grams of Protein per slice.

Also Paleo bread is a nice alternative.Carb Zero is another bread and I also make one made w/ egg white and cream of tartar if you google it!

I found a great 20g Protein Pasta that has individual servings in the box and it is very reasonable. I think I paid 6$ for 6 servings. Ciao is the brand as well as a few others.
