Protein powders

Hello. My surgeon said it was ok to add some whey protein/powders to my foods. I'm still not getting enough protein in. He doesn't want me on protein shakes anymore, but said adding some powder is fine. Does anyone have recommendations on protein powders or flavors?? Where is the best place to get them??

Many options and flavours. Syntax has lots of fruity flavours, where Unjury has a highly recommended chicken broth/soup flavour.

I really, really like ISOFemme, Creamy vanilla Sky. This I found at Grocery Outlet for 9.99 for a 15.3oz container. Online it sells for over 25.00

You can also google Protein shakes.

Good luck.

Vitamin world. I always use 40 percent coupons. And they are always buy one get one half off. Great deal. They even sell the quest bars there.

I like Dr Axe Collegen Protein for mixing into not-shakes. I put it in my coffee and tea. Naked Whey has a kind of almost cheese smell to it so that one is good for soft proteins like cottage cheese and yogurt. Both of these products are non- gmo and chemical free.
