Gall bladder removal stop weight loss?

Hi, has anyone experience the weight loss to slow down or stop after gall bladder removal? Mine is being taken out next week, and someone told me that after she had hers out, she stopped losing weight.

Please reply if you have had your gall bladder removed after wls, and if it had helped or hindered your progress....

I am nearly 6 months out and down 54 from 229 to 175.

Thankyou.

I had mine out last week. My doctor did tell me the weight loss would slow down but just because I was losing so fast because my gallbladder was making me so sick.
