I'm being sleeved on September 8th with Dr. Kaufman at Puget Sound Bariatrics. Any other Seattle area sleevers out there??

    I meet with the pulmonologist for a sleep study consult next week. Not real happy with that, but my surgeon required it before the upper endoscopy.

    Yes, if you have apnea it's a really good idea to confirm that, and get set up with a CPAP. Then when you're in recovery from the endoscopy (and the anaesthesia) you won't be having apneac episodes. Less strain on the body. You can then have it in recovery from your surgery. :-)
