POOP!

Yay! Another poop thread. Requisite apology for the squeamish amongst us. So I only tend to have a bowel movement every other day, which my doctor said is fine and not to worry. And I don't. The thing I am having a problem with is that it's sticky. I feel like I use half a roll of TP just to get clean. When I asked the doctor, she was kind of vague about the reasons and generally not very helpful. Has this happened to anyone else? Has anyone been able to fix it?

I have struggled with constipation since surgery on 10/13/2015. I had black tar like stools for about a week and then back to normal appearance. My surgeon said this is normal and from dried blood from surgery. For constipation I started taking probiotics and a fiber that contains both solvable and insoluble made by Pinnaclife called Olivimine 10 Max Prebiotic Fiber. This regime seems to be helping.

I started taking probiotics this week and it's been a serious help! I wish I'd started sooner!

Lol. I was going to post a "poop question". I'm 7 months post op and I've lost 40kgs. But just the past few weeks I have the "squirts". Not just runny but full on liquid.

I guess it's all just part of the whole experience. ????????
