Probiotic Anyone?

So my nutritionist told us that there is some evidence (not conclusive evidence) that there is more weight loss with a daily probiotic. Does anyone know about this and if so, what probiotic are you taking? We were told we could take this once we managed to take all of our other supplements faithfully. The idea was it can't hurt you! If it helps great. Thoughts?

My nutritionist also recommended a probiotic to get things moving if you get my drift. I use inner-eco Dairy free Probiotic kefier. I like the berry flavor. It is fizzy but I take so little that it doesn't affect anything.
