I've been cleared!

So I went to my 3rd follow up dietician appt on 6/29 and I've lost the 20 lbs they required me to! I don't have a date just yet, but they're sending everything to the insurance company and we're rolling! I'm so excited I don't know what to do with myself!

Any suggestions? I should start getting my Vitamins, shakes, etc, no?

I'm so ready for this!!!!!

Congratulations!

Don't buy anything, just follow your doctor's instructions and recommendations.

Thanks! I think the dietician wants me to have my Vitamins at my 1st pre-op appt. They gave me a list of what vitamins to get...just not the brands. Any suggestions?

When you buy your vitamins, just buy it from GNC or some other reputable sources.... Skip walmart and the like
