I keep getting sick

I had my gastric bypass surgery on May 26. Ever since I moved to soft foods I have had several days where I throw up whatever I've eaten. Is anyone else experiencing this same issue? I'm getting frustrated and starting to have regrets.

Try eating much slower. It took me a while to figure when I was full. Your stomach will let you know when you have had enough. Also make sure you are not drinking too soon after eating. That causes me to throw up. Otherwise only horseradish like in cocktail sauce bothers me. I ate with baby shrimp. Give it at least 30 minutes before drinking water. Let me know if this helps.
